If you have a judgment against you for the following reasons, you will not be able to erase your debt:
Bankruptcy generally does erase judgments against people for credit card bills and medical bills. And if you have a judgment against you from a traffic accident, and you weren’t drinking during your accident, you can probably also erase this debt.
If your judgments might be eligible for discharge, you may want to consider filing for bankruptcy.
