Upsolve User Agreement

This agreement is between you and Upsolve, a nonprofit. In this agreement, you and Upsolve agree that this agreement sets out all of the limited responsibilities that Upsolve has undertaken to perform for you. You have decided that you would like to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition without a lawyer.

Upsolve can help you prepare your bankruptcy forms and Upsolve’s website can also guide you through your preparation for your Trustee Meeting. However, you understand that Upsolve is not your lawyer.

Upsolve cannot provide you with any legal advice; it can only tell you what most users do to have successful bankruptcy cases. Also, you agree that Upsolve cannot be held liable if anything goes wrong with your bankruptcy case. And you waive any and all litigation claims against Upsolve.
